Jeff West Homes combines decades of experience, passion for building better homes and communities, and a commitment to our clients. Since banding together in 2010, our team of master builders has earned a long list of satisfied clients and stream of repeat business and referrals.
With our trusted network of sub-contractors and suppliers, we’re able to create beautiful environments that meet our clients’ wants and needs. Our small but passionate team does 10 to 14 custom homes every year, with occasional remodels and light commercial projects in between. We serve clients from all walks of life across Central Indiana.

They give us the resources to bring our clients’ vision to life, down to the smallest details.
Our Approach
Being a small team, our clients get the benefit of working directly with our founders and master builders. From the initial face-to-face consultation down to the finishing touches, we’re with you throughout the process. This personal approach allows us to eliminate problems before they emerge and deliver a true custom build within budget and schedule. Expect simple communications all throughout, as well as comfort and financing options (if necessary).

Our company was built on the core belief that beautiful homes make happier, better communities. We do more than build homes, we also build dreams. Individuals and families deserve to love where they live and have a home built around their lifestyle. So we work with them closely through the details, incorporating their needs and wants in the design plan, and make the necessary changes should they change their mind along the way.
